At the time of submission, all papers must conform to the Format and Submission Guideline set in advance by QRS 2019 or co-located workshops. All submissions must be in English and in PDF format. Submissions that do not comply with the above instructions will be rejected without review.
Each submission will be reviewed by three members of the Program Committee and evaluated on originality, contribution, soundness, presentation and relatedness. The program committee as a whole will make final decisions about which submissions to accept for presentation at the conference.
Submit original papers (not published or considered elsewhere) with a maximum of twelve pages (context and references). Include the title of the paper, and the name and affiliation of each author, a 150-word abstract, and up to 6 keywords. The format of your submission must follow the IEEE conference proceedings format.
The objective of short papers is to report novel ideas and results that have not been fully evaluated. Submit original papers (not published or considered elsewhere) with a maximum of eight pages (context and references). Include the title of the paper, and the name and affiliation of each author, a 150-word abstract, and up to 6 keywords. The format of your submission must follow the IEEE conference proceedings format.
The objective of fast abstracts is to report ongoing work, describe practical experiences, introduce new ideas to promote further validation, or state positions on controversial issues. Each fast abstract can have a maximum of two pages using the IEEE conference proceedings format.
There are two types of submissions.
The objective of posters is to give their authors a chance to present their most recent work and receive feedback on their continuous research. Although posters may not describe completed work, they should at least summarize ongoing research activities along with preliminary results in a concise and easy to understand format. Accepted posters will be displayed at the conference. In addition, authors may submit a written summary of a maximum of two pages using the IEEE conference proceedings format, which will be included in the QRS 2019 Companions.
