Passport and Visa Requirements

Conference attendees must possess a passport valid for at least three months after the end of the conference. Citizens of some countries cannot enter Bulgaria without a valid visa.

Those requiring a visa should apply immediately to the consular office or embassy of Bulgaria in their country in order to avoid delay. Visit the website of Foreign Ministry of Bulgaria for more details.

Letter of Invitation

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa to Bulgaria, please send the following information to Mr. Siwei Zhou

• Name (as it appears on your passport)
• Date of birth
• Passport ID
• Country of citizenship (country which issued your passport)
• Job title/position
• Affiliation with post address
• Registration confirmation number
• If you have a paper accepted by QRS 2019, please include the paper ID and title, as well as the corresponding track name
